1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Keepstuff Organizer App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the App to third parties
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
3. Ownership
The App and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Keepstuff Organizer App and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of Keepstuff Organizer App.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store using the App, including photos, videos, documents, and descriptions ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content.
5. Subscription and Payments
The App is free to download. Premium features are available through optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in the app store policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR USER CONTENT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR USER CONTENT.
10. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to This EULA
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated EULA within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

14. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Keepstuff Organizer App regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
